Columbus, OH – Leading insurance software provider Strategic Insurance Software (SIS) today announced the completion of its Partner XE 2016 update, including additional enhancements to its Outlook Plug-In.
Bryce Lee, Partner XE Product Manager, said of the release, “Partner XE 2016 provides significant improvements in document management and upgraded commercial insurance support for agencies creating and distributing large numbers of certificates. Additionally, a number of small but powerful features were added like client comment pop-up and hyperlinking a client name right to their profile.”
SIS customers praised the latest update, citing how capabilities improved daily operations and set up agencies for future growth.
Juelda Collins of Scherer Mountain Insurance in Ironton, OH said, “The enhancements of the (Partner XE) 2016 upgrade…will be very helpful in handling our customers’ accounts, not only today, but more importantly in the future.”
Scott Knight of Knight and Tabb Insurance in Covington, GA commented, “Drag and drop is wonderful and the subcategories are great…the document manager exceeds what we were using in (other systems in) the past.”
Melissa Anderson of Krell Insurance Services, Inc. in Verona, WI added, “I typically put off scanning and attaching (documents) because it’s such a difficult process (but) I just went through 15 applications in about ten minutes (thanks to the update).”
Agencies using the Partner XE Outlook Plug-In also benefitted from additional 2016 updates. Starting in late July, these agencies received capabilities such as:
• Adding email from Outlook, improving automation
• Viewing email attachments within client profiles
• Integrating email categories with updated document management organization
• Attaching emails to underwriter and client profiles simultaneously
